Sebenarnya dah beberapa hari berlalu lieza buat Pancake nih...cumanya baru rajin nak kluarkan kat blog nih...tak tau ler kenapa...sejak dua menjak bila Mr. Hubby takder ni segala mood lieza melayang layang entah kemana...nak update blog pun cam maleh...kalau org lain suam suam kuku..lieza ni dah sampai tahap bukan suam kuku jer lagi...sampai suam kepala otak tenaga perasaan semua ada ler...ngeh ngeh ngeh...tp demi blog tercinta dan utk tatapan kengkawan ku diluar sana yg sudi singgah terima lah Fluffy Pancake lagi nih..dah kali ke 2 lieza buat...mmg sedap dan gebus dan juga bertambah gebus ler body nih...Jom klik SINI ler kalau nak tgk N3 sebelumnya takpun scroll jer kebawah sikit yer..resepi yg lieza amik dari dapur K.Nor Secubitgaram nih mmg marbeles.
FLUFFY PANCAKE

Ingredients
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda ~ k.nor letak secubit jer
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter, melted
cooking spray ~ optional
Directions
Combine milk with vinegar in a medium bowl and set aside for 5 minutes to "sour".
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Whisk egg and butter into "soured" milk. Pour the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and whisk until lumps are gone.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and coat with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto the skillet, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip with a spatula, and cook until browned on the other side.

K.Zana...akak pun dah lemau nak update yer..hehehe..mould tu nipis jer k.zana..muat2 jer letak adunan..sbb mould tu mould telur mata tak silap lieza...
erm...jelesnye tengok orang ada mould comel mcm tu...teringin juga nak beli satu...tapi tak terjumpa lagi...
Nani...mould ni pun akak beli masa balik kl hari tu..kat sini pun tak pernah nampak...
