Nasi Goreng Tomyam


Hari ni masak Nasi Goreng Tomyam

"NASI GORENG TOMYAM" by "MARIANA ZAINAL"

RESIPINYA
 
4 Cawan Nasi sejuk
3 S/B pes tomyam
Sedikit isi ayam - dipotong kecil
Sedikit udang - 10 ekor
1/2 batang lobak merah - dihiris 
Sedikit sawi (dihiris) - lieza tak letak gantikan kobis
Jagung muda - lieza tak letak
1 S/B sos tiram (tak letak pun takpe, jika letak lagi sedap)
12 biji cili padi ditumbuk - nak lagi pedas bole tambah
1 biji bawang besar - dipotong dadu
3 ulas bawang putih - dicincang halus
3 helai daun limau purut - di racik
2 senduk minyak untuk menumis
Garam secukup rasa
Sedikit Bahan perasa (optional) 
- Lieza tambah hirisan 2 batang serai dan 2 s/b cili kisar. 
 
 
Cara-cara
  1. Panaskan minyak, tumiskan bawang besar, bawang putih, cili kisar dan cili padi sehingga layu.
  2. Masukkan isi ayam, kacau sebentar
  3. Masukkan lobak merah dan jagung muda
  4. Masukkan pes tomyam, sos tiram dan udang, kacau ratakan.
  5. Masukkan sawi/kobis dan nasi, taburkan garam dan perasa
  6. Kacau hingga rata, sesuaikan rasa
  7. Sedia dihidang
